British Elbow and Shoulder Society (BESS)

The British Elbow and Shoulder Society was founded as a result of an increasing interest in shoulder and elbow surgery in the UK in the early 1980s, and particularly after a very successful Third ICSS meeting in Japan. The stimulus came from Michael Watson.

British Orthopaedic Assosiation (BOA)

The British Orthopeadic Assosiation is the surgical specialty assosiation for Trauma and Orthopeadics in the UK. 

they are a charity who care for patients by rasing funds for and promoting research into musculoskeletal disorders.  

General Medical Council (GMC) 

GMC help protect patients and improve UK medical education and practice by supporting students, doctors, educators and healthcare providers. 

Charterd Society of Physiotherapy (CSP)

Founded by four nurses in 1894, the CSP was awarded its Royal Charter in 1920 and has become the profession's leading membership organisation in the UK.
